Back on Track...

I have really let myself go while taking these infertility medications. I have eaten like CRAZY and I can honestly say that I have NOT exercised in at least 6 weeks!!! Not good people, not good. I have NOT gotten on the scale either and I DON'T plan on it!!! I'm too afraid to see what number will come up :)

So I've decided to get back on track and start running again in the morning. I'm NOT looking forward to it, but I know it is what my body needs. I also think that I better get on my bike too...cycling is a lot more fun (in my opinion).

I have also been considering getting the Quick Trim Burn and Cleanse system from GNC. After all, have you SEEN what Kim and Khloe Kardashian look like lately???? They swear by it!

Hoping to get back on track and get my old body back...

Ohh no kidding! This last IVF cycle...I started that cycle 11 lbs lighter than I am right now...not pleasant! I guess you would call me- festively plump!

Ugh, yes. Meds can certainly do a number on your body! Good luck getting back into exercise. I need to as also, but well...I don't feel like it. LOL

Kim and Khloe do look awesome!!!

Good luck getting healthy, you can do it! It takes a lot of hard work and dedication but the end result is totally worth it! (now If I could just convince myself to get back on track!!!)

Please let us know how the GNC stuff worked for you if you get it! I've never heard of it, but I need something!!!

good for you. if anything it will help with the infertility. I understand how hard it is to eat healthy and exercise when you feel like crud from all those hormones.

I know about extra weight with fertility meds--whew...

I just got mine lost the rest of mine from all this stress at school, but things are getting a little better each day!

And...no time for exercise :) Maybe soon, hopefully very soon!

Have a good week friend.

Lisa :)

Don't take anything now...just let it be. Weight gain is a horrible feeling (believe me, I am here to tell you all about that!) but let your body do what it needs to do right now. These GNC things probably have value, but in their own time...
