I had one of the worst days in a long time this past week. I literally got in my car on Thursday and cried all the way home.
I felt so defeated, worn out, and literally hit rock bottom.
I shared my feelings with several family and friends and just as I expected, they lifted me up, prayed for me, and sent me advice and verses to encourage me.
This morning is the start of a new week, so I thought I would kick start it with this verse I read on Kelly's blog this today...
"Answer me when I call to you, O my righteous God. Give me relief from my distress; be merciful to me and hear my prayer."~ Psalm 4:1
He WILL help me get through this time and He WILL take me to greater places!!

I'm so sorry :/ i don't know you but I'm praying for God to have mercy on you and answer your prayer. Makes me want to cry for you. I only know a tiny smidge of what you're feeling (ttc 1 yr.) and I pray that He would give you strength to endure and faith to believe his promise. One thing that encouraged me last week was a quote from David Platt's book Radical
"God delights in our inability. He intentionally puts his people in
situations where they come face to face with their need for him. In the process he powerfully demonstrates his ability to provide everything his people need in ways they never could have
mustered or imagined. And in the end, he makes much of his own name"
It's all for his glory. How much glory will God get when you get pregnant? A whole heck of a lot!
(((HUGS))) I'm so sorry you've been having a difficult time. You know I'm there with you and some times a good cry is what we need. I'm so glad that you had some family and friends there to encourage you. Love the verse, too!!
Amen!!! Thanks for the encouragement. I also had a horrible week last week. It was the end of my cycle this month and I have felt so upset. But I know that He will complete the work He has started in us!!!
So sorry that you had such a rough, rough day...they seem to just come out of nowhere sometimes, don't they?
Praying for you in this next week and a half!
Hi there! I am here from Kelly's Korner...I have been RIGHT where you are. My story is long, but I would LOVE to share it with you as it is full of hope....
There are two beautiful little ones that are now hold the "starring roles" :)
Do you have an email that I could send it to? I remember when I was going through infertility the stories that I heard from others where reminder that God hadn't forgotten me...
He didn't forget me, and He hasn't forgotten you!
Hi there! I found your blog on "A Design of Faith" (Faith just designed my blog) and I was immediately moved. It is through tough times that God draws us closer to Him. I am certain that I am experiencing my infertility (I have one child, but I am struggling with secondary infertility) for a plan so beautiful and perfect that all I have to do is remain faithful and hopeful. God is good all the time. Even when we feel forgotten about, He is hugging us. Feel free to visit my blog - www.thejohnsonsjourney.com. I hope you enjoy it! You will be in my prayers. Keep the hope! Hope is one of the best things God gave to us. :)

This is what I needed to hear right now. My oldest was so rebellious and nasty to me this morning when I dropped her off to spend time with her grandparents. I called my husband and almost cried.
Then while my youngest and I were at a play date, I found out about a schooling situation that might be an answer to prayer...
So while it was a hard to day - it might be an awesome day too.
Yes, HE will!!!
